Truffles are confections that combine a smooth creamy centre – ganache – that is either rolled on different ingredients (dark cocoa, coconut, nuts) or prepared in moulds and covered with covertures chocolate. Our truffles come in many shapes, sizes and flavours. Taste our classic truffle or if you’re adventurous, our chai truffle. For a little luxury, our ice wine truffle will definitely bring you a smile.

Chocolate Barks

Chocolate barks are a simple concept. Cocoa Earth decided to introduce an exclusive line of these luscious treats combining our organic chocolate with different dried fruits and/or toasted nuts. In our Cocoa-Goji bark, the benefits of antioxidants and flavanols in our 70% cocoa, the vitamin-rich goji berry, along with some nuts and seeds, provides a well-deserved snack for those who are watching their health.

Specialties

Cocoa Earth introduces new chocolate concoctions based on the celebration of holidays. Easter eggs, rose-shaped chocolate lollipops for Valentine’s Day, and marbled clover-shaped chocolates for St. Patrick’s Day are just examples of the fun chocolates to celebrate the holidays with and to give as gifts.

Cocoa Earth decided to take delicious chocolate-based recipes to the next level. The introduction of our delightful brownies is a testimony to the ways in which this classic treat can add elegance and indulgence as dessert or a snack.
